Description of Services

Segurat provides strategic design and brand consulting services, including but not limited to:

Brand strategy development and consulting
Creative strategy and visual identity design
Experience design and user interface consulting
Marketing and communication strategy
Digital and print design services
Brand positioning and market analysis

All services are subject to separate service agreements and project specifications that will be provided before work begins.

User Accounts and Registration

When you create an account with us or provide personal information, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding any passwords and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

Acceptable Use Policy

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Segurat and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Client Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services, clients retain ownership of their brand assets, final designs, and materials created specifically for their project. However, Segurat retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Work Product

All preliminary designs, concepts, methodologies, and processes developed during the course of providing services remain the property of Segurat. Transfer of ownership occurs only upon completion and full payment of agreed-upon deliverables.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. General payment policies include:

A deposit may be required before work begins
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified
Late payments may incur additional fees
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement
Additional work beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment and to pursue collection of outstanding amounts.

Cancellation and Refunds

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Cancellation policies include:

Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed
Deposits are generally non-refundable
Specific refund policies will be outlined in individual service agreements
Upon cancellation, all work product remains property of Segurat until payment is received

Disclaimers and Warranties

The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents
Does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information
Makes no warranty that the website will meet your requirements or be available uninterrupted

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of New York, NY.

If you are accessing our services from outside the United States, you consent to having your data transferred to and processed in the United States.
